Koh Samui Land & Homes is an established traditional British-style estate agency and development company, offering a friendly and personal service with an experienced sales team fluent in both Thai and English.

Our distinctive property sales and rentals showroom is conveniently located in the new Samui Town Centre complex on the main ring road in Bophut, approximately 2 km from Tesco Lotus and Makro, travelling in the direction of Bophut, Maenam and Nathon. Immediately recognisable by the large television screen situated to the centre, The Samui Town Centre offers ample car parking plus an array of different business and shopping outlets.


We specialise in the sale and marketing of established properties and select new developments. All of our properties and projects have been carefully selected based on a strict policy of land title and legal requirements ensuring safety and peace of mind to a prospective purchaser.

Our Background and Company Profile

Owned and run by Khun Ravadee Evans and her husband Stuart, a successful business has evolved over the past 5 years, aiding the vast numbers of expatriate customers based on and relocating to Samui.

Together with Ravadee’s strong family roots on the island and Stuart’s former U.K estate agency experience of 12 years, they aim to make the purchase and transition to the island as simple and pain free as possible.

Stuart has worked with estate companies such as Connell Estate Agents, The Prudential Group, Carson & Co, Valuers and Auctioneers, Fulfords of Devon and Palmer Snell Estate Agents and national house builders including Barrat Homes, Bovis Homes, Wimpy Homes and Laing Homes.

In addition, the office manager, Nicky Hartigan, has recently relocated permanently to Koh Samui from the U.K after 5 years with an independent firm of Estate agents, Valuers and Auctioneers, in the West Midlands.

In total, the Koh Samui Land & Homes team has in excess of 25 years’ collective experience in the buying and selling of land, houses, development and construction sectors in the U.K., Europe and Thailand.

The company’s philosophy of a traditional approach to the buying and selling of property has proved most effective as well as reassuring to many of the foreign purchasers looking for a similar system to their home country.
